With years of experience in the industry, GreenPro has assisted over 30 companies in securitization, with the total market capitalization of USD 44.8 billion. It shows that GreenPro has the solid ability and expertise in bringing corporates towards securitization.

In an interview after the ceremony, CK Lee said GreenPro has made a wise move to up-list from the OTC Market to NASDAQ and it will very well make use of its local and overseas resources and markets to increase its competency. Being known as a strong advocate for China’s “One Belt One Road” policy, GreenPro is ready to unleash its strengths, focusing on developing cross-border channel as well as integrating its resources through merger and acquisition, cross-border investment and financing. GreenPro is now ready to guide more companies to quantify and maximize their corporate value by entering the global market through securitization.
Why Does GreenPro choose NASDAQ?
The United States is the world’s largest capital market with the available pool of retail and institutional investors, therefore it is always the ultimate goal for many local and overseas companies to go public in the US stock exchange. Also, the requirement to get listed on NASDAQ is much lower as compared to NYSE, this has successfully attracted high potential, high flexibility and diversified emerging technology companies to list on NASDAQ. Since in general, NASDAQ is more favorable by the technology companies, hence GreenPro who is paving its way in becoming a Financial Technology (Fintech) driven corporate as written on its 5 years development goal, has made the decision to up-list from OTC Market to NASDAQ to better align with its corporate development.
